Pick a topic, or type a word. Each product page carries its own handful; this is all of them.

We build custom software for a business, and the business owns it. These are the ones already built and ready to be made yours, each sold on its own: the social build, which makes your posts, short videos and replies from footage you already have; the assistant build, which answers your business’s own texts and books people in; the website remodel, a site you own with the editor built in and no subscription to anyone; and the agency build, the same software under an agency’s own brand. Before any of that, an AI audit shows you where AI actually fits.

The software, the database, the Cloudflare account, the domain and the app are in your business’s name. You can change anything about it, hire anyone to work on it, or carry the whole thing into a different company later. There is no monthly fee to us, and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again.

No. A build carries your logo, your colours and your name, and nothing of Elevate anywhere in it: not in the app, not in an email, not in a footer. Rented software from our sister company wears Elevate’s owl and name in the corner, in your chosen colours, with your own logo only as the small account picture. Bought, it wears yours and we disappear. If you want it logo-free and in your own brand throughout, you buy a build.

Elevate Media Consulting rents hosted software monthly, from $99 a month, in your colours with its owl and name in the corner. Elevate AI For Business, a separate company under the same ownership, builds the software for you to own: custom to your business, in your brand alone with Elevate nowhere on it, on your own accounts, for a one-off fee. Renting is often right while a business is small. Owning makes sense when the monthly number stops being trivial, or when you want your own name on it.

Yes, and that is how it is built. You plug in your own API key, or your own AI membership where the provider allows it, which Claude and Grok currently do. The AI spend is yours, on your account, at your rate, and the software shows you what each job cost. When a better model turns up, you switch. That is a setting, not a rebuild.

No. We build it and hand it over, with training and the handover pack. From that day it runs without us. Your own AI, Cloudflare and database accounts are billed to you by those companies. If you want us for more work later you can have us, but you are never stuck with us.

Yes. Buy the one-business build, open another business in two years, and add it. It is an upgrade, quoted on its own, not a new build. We keep nothing after handover, so you give us access to your own installation for the length of that job, we add the business, prove the wall between it and the others, hand it back and let go of the access.

Six steps. We read what you have now. You answer the questionnaire, the awkward parts included: your prices, your rules, the things that must never be said. We train it on your business. You watch a rehearsal in which it answers invented customers. It goes through an audit whose gates all have to go green, including the ones that prove the data separation by trying to break it. Then we hand it over, in your name, with training.

Software you own that makes your social media from footage and photos you already have. It reads your library once, cuts short videos, writes posts, captions and replies in your voice, fills the week, runs funnels off a comment word and keeps one inbox for comments, DMs and email. You approve each thing before it goes out.

No special filming is needed. It builds your posts from footage and photos you already have, including old phone videos and recorded talks. Add more whenever you like and it joins the library.

No. Nothing is published until a person taps yes. It makes the video or the post, shows it to you with the clips it was built from, and waits. You send it, ask for a change, or skip it.

Once you approve a post it goes to Instagram and Facebook through Meta’s official connection, and it can also post to X, LinkedIn and YouTube. TikTok is the exception: it makes the video file and you upload it yourself.

A funnel answers people who comment a word you choose, such as COLOUR GUIDE. It replies in public under their comment, DMs them, asks them to follow and sends the guide, file or link they asked for. You see who went through it and how far. Replies only, never cold outreach.

$7,500–12,000 for one business, one-off, in Australian dollars: the shell, which is your own Cloudflare and database, your brand, the deploy, the proofs and the hand-over, plus the social engine. Several businesses under one owner is $12,000, then $2,500 for each extra business. Add the assistant in the same build for $3,500 more. Every figure is a band; your price comes from your scope, in writing.

Yes, at the start or later. Built in the same job as the social build it is $3,500 more, so both together is $11,000–15,500. Added later to a build that is already running it is $4,700–5,500, as a quoted upgrade. Either way the two run as one app: a toggle at the top switches between Social and the assistant, and only the screens change. The demo on the social page shows exactly that.

It stays in your own library, in your own database, in your own account. The software reads it to write a transcript and cut your videos. Everything made from it is yours, and if your build serves several businesses, each business’s library is walled from the others.

An assistant on your business’s own number that answers your customers’ texts, books and reschedules appointments, gives directions, and goes back to the people who went quiet. It knows your hours, the prices it is allowed to say, your directions and your never-say list. Anything it should not decide is held for a person, with the reason.

Only the prices you have told it it may say. Anything else about price, any complaint, anything medical or legal, and anything on your never-say list is held for a person. The customer is told someone will come back to them, and the conversation sits at the top of your list with the reason it stopped.

Yes. Each brand that takes the assistant gets its own number, its own knowledge and its own hold rules. Customers text the business, not us.

Any time. Every conversation has a Take over button. Press it and you are answering the customer yourself, and the assistant stays out of that thread until you hand it back.

Someone asks, gets an answer, and goes quiet. The assistant goes back to them, in your voice, at the interval you set, and books them in when they answer. Nobody meant to drop them; there was just no system that remembered.

Yes. On its own it is $7,500–9,500: the shell, which is your own Cloudflare and database, your brand, the deploy, the proofs and the hand-over, plus the assistant engine. Built in the same job as the social build the assistant adds $3,500, because the shell is already being made.

Built with the social build, $3,500 on top of it. On its own, $7,500–9,500. Added later to a build that is already running, $4,700–5,500. Every figure is a band and your price comes from your scope, in writing. You pay your own AI and messaging costs on your own accounts, and there is no monthly fee to us.

You. The conversations live in your own database, in your own account, and the rules that keep one party’s data away from another’s are enforced at the database itself, not in application code where one missed line leaks everything.

Your website, rebuilt properly, moved into your own account, with an editor built in so you change it yourself. No Wix, Squarespace or Duda subscription, no developer between you and your own site. You pay once and it is yours.

No. That is the point. A site builder charges every month for as long as the site exists, and the site lives on their servers under their terms. The remodel puts your site in your own Cloudflare account, which bills you at its own rates, with the editor already inside it. There is no monthly subscription to anyone for the editing.

It is how you change your own site without asking anyone. Open your site, click the thing you want to change, and change it. Drag and drop blocks around, swap images, update your hours, add a page, write a post. It saves, and it is live.

The editor is built so the parts you can break are not the parts you are touching. You edit content, not code. If a page does go wrong, previous versions are kept and you can put one back.

Either. We can lift what you have across as it is, or read it and rebuild it modernised, keeping your words and your structure. Most people take the rebuild, because the thing they disliked about the old site was never the hosting. The old site stays up until the new one is right.

$3,500–6,000, one-off, in Australian dollars. Where it lands in the band depends on how many pages and how much content moves across, whether it is a rebuild or a lift, forms and bookings, and a second language. Quoted in writing. Afterwards your Cloudflare account is billed to you by Cloudflare, and there is no monthly fee to us.

No, not by default. The account and the domain are in your business’s name and you hold the keys to both. If you want us to keep an account so we can help later, that is your choice to make and your choice to revoke.

Social and the assistant, built for an agency to own and carrying the agency’s brand throughout. You get the console you run your agency on: every client, the businesses under each client, what needs a person across all of them, and the billing. Your clients get the standard app with your mark in the corner and their own data in it. Elevate appears nowhere.

You see the agency console: a list of your clients, each client’s businesses beneath them, who bought what, who says yes, whose AI keys it runs on, what is held for a person across every client, and what each client owes. Your clients see the standard app, under your brand, with only their own business in it. They never see the console and never see each other.

Yours, everywhere: the console, every client’s app, the sign-in, the emails, the footer. If the agency is, say, an invented Larkspur Social, then Larkspur’s logo, name and colours are what every client sees. Nothing says Elevate, and nothing says you bought it from anyone. That is the same rule as every build, one level up.

No, and we say so plainly. Every client you onboard gets the standard app, with their own data and your branding. A client who wants software genuinely built around how their own business works is a separate build, quoted on its own.

At the database, with the rules enforced underneath the application rather than inside it. No client sees another client. No business sees another business. Before hand-over we show you that with two real accounts, one trying to read the other, failing while you watch.

Who is on what, what they owe, what has been invoiced and what is outstanding, per client, so you run the back end of your agency from one place. It is built as part of your agency build and quoted with it.

Either, and you set it client by client. Run everything on your own AI accounts and bill it through, or plug each client’s own account in so the cost lands on them. The software shows the cost per client either way.

$35,000–50,000, one-off, in Australian dollars, quoted in writing once we know how many clients, how many businesses under them and how many channels you run. It costs the most because it is multi-tenant: a wall at every level, plus the console and the billing, all under your brand, with no per-client fee to anyone afterwards.

Then renting is probably the right answer for now, and we will tell you that. Elevate Media Consulting hosts the same software for agencies monthly, in your colours with its logo on it. Come back when the monthly number starts to annoy you, or when you want your own name on it.

One-off fees in Australian dollars, quoted in writing before anything starts. Every build is a shell, your own Cloudflare and database, your brand, the deploy, the proofs and the hand-over, plus the engines on it. The social build is $7,500–12,000 for one business, or $12,000 then $2,500 a business for several under one owner. The assistant on its own is $7,500–9,500; built with Social it adds $3,500, so both is $11,000–15,500; added later to a finished build it is $4,700–5,500. The website remodel is $3,500–6,000. The agency build is $35,000–50,000. The AI audit is $1,500–2,500, credited against the build. Every figure is a band; your price comes from your scope. No monthly fee to us afterwards.

Yes. The social build on its own is $7,500–12,000, the assistant on its own is $7,500–9,500, and both together is $11,000–15,500: the same shell, both engines, one app with a toggle at the top. The numbers add up because they are built from the same parts.

Because it is multi-tenant. A single-business build is one business and one person running it. The agency build carries many clients, several businesses under each, every social account under each business, with a wall between all of them enforced in the database, plus the console and the billing the agency runs on, under the agency’s brand. The agency owns it with no monthly fee to us and no per-client fee to anyone.

A capped number of businesses can take their build at half price, in exchange for their name, their logo and the finished build appearing on this site as a case study, agreed in writing before any work starts. You opt in. Full price if you would rather stay private, which is the normal way.

Nothing to us. Your own AI, Cloudflare and database accounts are billed to you by those companies, at their rates, and the software shows you what each job cost. There is no renewal and no licence.

Which band depends on how many things the build has to keep apart. Where it lands inside the band depends on what it plugs into, how much existing content and data moves across, a second language, training for your team, and how fast you need it. You get one figure in writing before anything starts, and that figure is the price.

A piece of work where we look at how your business actually runs and show you where AI genuinely fits, where it does not, what it would cost to run, and what it must never be allowed to touch. You get a written document at the end and you own it.

A document, in plain language: the jobs in your business AI could do, what each one is worth in hours or money, what it would cost per month to run, the ones that are a bad idea and why, what must never be decided without a person, where your data would live, and a build plan with real numbers if a build makes sense.

The audit is a separate piece of work with its own fee, and the document is yours. You can take it to another developer, act on it yourself, or put it in a drawer. If the honest answer is that your business does not need a build, the document says so.

Yes, and that is the usual next step. The people writing the recommendations are the people who would have to make them work. The audit fee is credited against the build.

$1,500–2,500, in Australian dollars, quoted in writing before it starts. The figure depends on the size of the business and how many parts of it are in scope. If you go ahead with a build, the audit fee is credited against it.

Days, not months, for most small businesses. You are given the timeline with the quote, and if it slips you hear it from us first.

Yes. It is a copy of the software itself, running in the page, with invented businesses in it. Nothing in it saves, sends or posts, and nothing in it reaches the internet: every button that would do something in your account says what it would do instead of pretending it did it.

Because a build is drawn in the business’s own brand. Pick a different invented business and the mark, the colours, the type, the corners, the navigation, the footage and every word change together. The functions never do. That is what you are buying: the same software, made yours.

No. Every business shown on this site is invented, and so is every name, person, booking and number in the pictures. No real client appears anywhere on this site.

Write to hello@elevateaiforbusiness.com with what your business does and what you want the software to do. The brief builder on the contact page puts that into an email for you. If it would be quicker to talk, say so and we set up a call.

What the business does and roughly how big it is, which build you think you want, the jobs you want the software to take on, what it must never decide on its own, which tools you are paying for now, whether you have a website and where it is hosted, and when you need it. Anything missing we ask about.

Within two business days. If a quote needs longer than that to put together, you are told that within two business days rather than left wondering.

Yes. The company is in Brisbane and the work is done remotely, so where you are does not change much beyond which hours we overlap. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
