Elevate AI For Business

Software built for your business. Owned by your business.

Your social media made from your own footage. An assistant that answers your texts. A website you own, with the editor built in. Or the whole thing under your agency’s brand. Paid once, in your name, with nothing of ours on it.

  • Built to own, never rented
  • Your brand, none of ours
  • Your own AI accounts

Elevate AI For BusinessOur mark. Your build is drawn in your own brand.

Software built for one business, owned by that business.

Each one is yours when it is finished, and it keeps running whether or not you ever speak to us again.

What we build

What is already built. Each sold on its own.

Buy one, or buy two and they run as one app. Every build is drawn in your brand and handed over in your name.

These are the ones already built, so they are quick and they are proven. They are not the whole of what we make. An AI audit looks at how your business actually runs and finds the work worth handing to software — and when what it finds is not on this list, we build that instead, and you own it on the same terms.

What a build looks like

Three screens, three invented businesses.

The same software, drawn as each business would have it. Open any of them full size, or click through the real thing on the demo page.

An ivory screen from an invented wedding planner's own software, Juniper Lane Weddings: a centred italic serif wordmark under a two-rings mark, a ruled line of small-capital tabs, and hairline-bordered panels with no shadows. Heading Ready for you, 1 of 3, and a field reading A calm explainer on how a first look works with a sage Build it button. Left, a tall phone-shaped frame holding a photograph of an empty stone terrace at golden hour with festoon lights and two wooden chairs, labelled Instagram and 0:34, captioned Twenty quiet minutes, on purpose. Right: built from five sources with small photo thumbnails, the terrace at golden hour, the aisle before anyone sat, hands and rings with no faces, the couple's mood board and Sol's handwritten run sheet; the title and its opening line; goes to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook; four panels for Sound, Your voice, Captions and Checked, all clear 6 of 6; and buttons Yes, send it and Not this one.
The social build. A finished video, waiting for the yes. Here for an invented wedding planner. An invented example: Juniper Lane Weddings is not a real business. Every name and number in it is made up. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size (1500 × 1290)
The assistant’s Conversations screen for an invented hair studio, Oleander: the list of text threads with two held for a person, and one thread open in which the assistant books a balayage for Saturday 1:15pm by text, confirms it with the address, then stops and holds the thread when the customer asks the price, with a Take over button for the owner.
The assistant build. It books by text, then stops and holds the thread when the price comes up. Here for an invented hair studio. An invented example: Oleander Hair Studio is not a real business. Every name and number in it is made up. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size (1500 × 1390)
An agency console for an invented agency, Larkspur Social, in indigo and coral on a warm grey ground. A white sidebar holds the agency's star mark and name, Overview, Clients, Needs a person 13, Billing, Your brand, Settings, and the owner Priya Okafor. Heading Overview, 6 clients, 9 businesses under them, a search box and Add a client. Three tiles: a coral 13, Need a person, with four held messages naming the business and the reason; $3,300 billed a month, $1,020 outstanding, 1 overdue; and 9 waiting for a yes. Below, Every client and the businesses under each: Harbourline Hospitality with The Anchorage Hotel, Dockside Coffee and Pier Nine, Meridian Dental Group with two practices, Fern and Fable, Northline Strength, Ashwood and Clay and Kestrel Legal, each business with pills for what it bought, how many are held, who says yes and whose keys. On the right, Billing: each client, paid, due or overdue, and the amount, totalling $3,300 a month, and a card, What your clients see.
The agency build. The console the agency runs on: every client, the businesses under each, what needs a person, the billing. Under the agency’s own brand, an invented Larkspur Social. An invented example: Larkspur Social is not a real business. Every name and number in it is made up. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size (1500 × 1340)
A website editor for an invented café, Sunday Street Coffee. A white top bar reads Sunday Street Coffee, sundaystreet.coffee, Home, with Desktop and Phone views, Saved just now, Undo, Preview and a green Publish button. Down the left: Pages, Home, Our coffee, Menu, Find us, Book a table, Blog, New page, then Add a block, drag it in, with Heading, Words, Photo, Gallery, Opening hours, Menu, Map, Button, Booking and Instagram. In the middle, the café's site: a cream header, a photograph of latte art being poured, the heading Good coffee, no fuss. Open from 6:30 selected in blue with a small black toolbar above it, three fact cards and three photos below. A Photo card is being dragged towards a blue line labelled Drop here. On the right, This heading: the words, Size Small Medium Big, five colour swatches, a spacing slider, Show on phones on, Link the heading off, and Previous versions, 14 kept, put one back.
The website remodel. The editor built into your own site: click the thing, change the thing, drag a block in. No subscription to anyone. An invented example business. Every name and number in it is made up. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size (1500 × 1040)

Why buy instead of rent

Your brand. None of ours.

A build carries your logo, your colours and your name, and nothing of Elevate anywhere in it. Rented software from our sister company wears Elevate Media Consulting’s logo. Logo-free, in your brand throughout, is what you buy a build for.

The agency build is the same rule one level up: your agency’s brand replaces ours, and your clients see you.

What it costs

Paid once. Quoted in writing.

One-off fees in Australian dollars. The price follows how many things the build has to keep apart, not how many features are switched on.

The bands

From $7,500 for one business.

The social build, one businessOne owner, one business, one person running it. The shell plus the social engine.$7,500–12,000
The assistant build, on its ownThe shell plus the assistant engine. Its own number, its own knowledge, its own hold rules, the bookings, the hand-over.$7,500–9,500
Social and the assistant, one businessOne shell, both engines, one app with a toggle at the top.$11,000–15,500
The website remodelYour site remodelled and moved into your own account, with the editor built in. No subscription to anyone.$3,500–6,000
The agency buildSocial and the assistant, under your agency’s brand: many clients, many businesses under each, a wall at every level, your billing.$35,000–50,000
The AI auditWhere AI fits in your business, in writing, before anything is built.$1,500–2,500credited against the build
Why the figures add upEvery build is a shell, your own Cloudflare and database, your brand, the deploy, the proofs and the hand-over, plus the engines on it. Social adds $3,500–6,000, the assistant adds $3,500. Every figure here is a band, and the price of your build comes from its scope, line by line, in writing. A build with more in it, such as payments, bookings and calendar syncs, lands above these bands.

If you want it: a founding company

Half price, in exchange for your name on it.

A capped number of businesses can take their build at half price. In return your name, your logo and the finished build appear on this site as a case study, agreed in writing before any work starts. Full price if you would rather stay private, which is the normal way. You opt in. We do not lead with it.

  • Half the quoted build fee
  • Your name, your logo, your build shown here as a case study
  • Agreed in writing first, and capped

Questions

The four things people ask first.

We build custom software for a business, and the business owns it. These are the ones already built and ready to be made yours, each sold on its own: the social build, which makes your posts, short videos and replies from footage you already have; the assistant build, which answers your business’s own texts and books people in; the website remodel, a site you own with the editor built in and no subscription to anyone; and the agency build, the same software under an agency’s own brand. Before any of that, an AI audit shows you where AI actually fits.

The software, the database, the Cloudflare account, the domain and the app are in your business’s name. You can change anything about it, hire anyone to work on it, or carry the whole thing into a different company later. There is no monthly fee to us, and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again.

No. A build carries your logo, your colours and your name, and nothing of Elevate anywhere in it: not in the app, not in an email, not in a footer. Rented software from our sister company wears Elevate’s owl and name in the corner, in your chosen colours, with your own logo only as the small account picture. Bought, it wears yours and we disappear. If you want it logo-free and in your own brand throughout, you buy a build.

Elevate Media Consulting rents hosted software monthly, from $99 a month, in your colours with its owl and name in the corner. Elevate AI For Business, a separate company under the same ownership, builds the software for you to own: custom to your business, in your brand alone with Elevate nowhere on it, on your own accounts, for a one-off fee. Renting is often right while a business is small. Owning makes sense when the monthly number stops being trivial, or when you want your own name on it.
