The agency build

Your agency’s console. Your brand on everything.

If you run social media for other businesses, this is the build. You get the console you run your agency on: every client, the businesses under each, what needs a person across all of them, and the billing. Your clients get the standard app with your mark in the corner. Elevate appears nowhere.

  • Your brand on every screen
  • No per-client fee to anybody
  • A wall between all of them

What you see

The console you run your agency on.

Not a client’s app. Yours. Here, for an invented agency called Larkspur Social, with nine invented businesses under six clients.

  1. Every client, and the businesses under each: what they bought, who says yes, whose AI keys it runs on, what is held.
  2. What needs a person across all of them, with the client and the reason.
  3. Billing: what each client is on, whether they have paid, the month’s total.
An agency console for an invented agency, Larkspur Social, in indigo and coral on a warm grey ground. A white sidebar holds the agency's star mark and name, Overview, Clients, Needs a person 13, Billing, Your brand, Settings, and the owner Priya Okafor. Heading Overview, 6 clients, 9 businesses under them, a search box and Add a client. Three tiles: a coral 13, Need a person, with four held messages naming the business and the reason; $3,300 billed a month, $1,020 outstanding, 1 overdue; and 9 waiting for a yes. Below, Every client and the businesses under each: Harbourline Hospitality with The Anchorage Hotel, Dockside Coffee and Pier Nine, Meridian Dental Group with two practices, Fern and Fable, Northline Strength, Ashwood and Clay and Kestrel Legal, each business with pills for what it bought, how many are held, who says yes and whose keys. On the right, Billing: each client, paid, due or overdue, and the amount, totalling $3,300 a month, and a card, What your clients see.

What your client sees

Your brand, not ours.

Each client opens the standard app with your mark in the corner and only their own business in it. They never see the console, and never see each other.

  1. The agency’s mark, where the business’s own logo sits in a single build.
  2. One business’s own posts, inbox and assistant. Nothing of any other client.
  3. Who says yes is set client by client: them, or you.
The standard app as a client of the invented agency sees it: a white bar with the agency's indigo star mark and the name Larkspur Social, a Social or Assistant switch, the account Dockside Coffee, text size and day controls, and pill navigation with The plan selected. Heading The plan, This week, then five columns of posts with photographs: Today 7:00am The first pour of the day, Instagram video, waiting on you, and 12:30pm The winter toastie is back, Facebook video; Tomorrow 8:00am Where our beans come from, TikTok, you said yes; Monday 7:30am Public holiday hours, Google photo; Tuesday 9:00am Your newsletter, email; Wednesday 8:00am How we dial in the grinder, YouTube, being made.
One client’s app under the agency’s brand: an invented café, Larkspur’s mark in the bar, the café’s own week in it. Nothing of anyone else. What you are paying for

Five things, in this order.

What it costs

$35,000–50,000, one-off, in Australian dollars.

Quoted in writing once we know how many clients, how many businesses under them and how many channels you run. Where it lands in the band depends on whether your clients take the assistant as well as Social, whether you want client websites inside it, a second language, and training for your team.

The agency build

Your brand. Multi-tenant. Yours.

The agency buildSocial and the assistant, under your agency’s brand: many clients, many businesses under each, a wall at every level, your billing.$35,000–50,000
The website remodelYour site remodelled and moved into your own account, with the editor built in. No subscription to anyone.$3,500–6,000
Why the agency build costs the mostIt is multi-tenant: many clients, several businesses under each, every social account under each business, a wall between all of them enforced in the database, plus the console and the billing your agency runs on, all under your brand. You own it with no monthly fee to us and no per-client fee to anyone.
After hand-overYour own AI, Cloudflare and database accounts are billed to you by those companies, at their rates. We are not in that chain.

If you want it: a founding company

Half price, in exchange for your name on it.

A capped number of businesses can take their build at half price. In return your name, your logo and the finished build appear on this site as a case study, agreed in writing before any work starts. Full price if you would rather stay private, which is the normal way. You opt in. We do not lead with it.

  • Half the quoted build fee
  • Your name, your logo, your build shown here as a case study
  • Agreed in writing first, and capped

Questions

From agencies.

Social and the assistant, built for an agency to own and carrying the agency’s brand throughout. You get the console you run your agency on: every client, the businesses under each client, what needs a person across all of them, and the billing. Your clients get the standard app with your mark in the corner and their own data in it. Elevate appears nowhere.

You see the agency console: a list of your clients, each client’s businesses beneath them, who bought what, who says yes, whose AI keys it runs on, what is held for a person across every client, and what each client owes. Your clients see the standard app, under your brand, with only their own business in it. They never see the console and never see each other.

Yours, everywhere: the console, every client’s app, the sign-in, the emails, the footer. If the agency is, say, an invented Larkspur Social, then Larkspur’s logo, name and colours are what every client sees. Nothing says Elevate, and nothing says you bought it from anyone. That is the same rule as every build, one level up.

$35,000–50,000, one-off, in Australian dollars, quoted in writing once we know how many clients, how many businesses under them and how many channels you run. It costs the most because it is multi-tenant: a wall at every level, plus the console and the billing, all under your brand, with no per-client fee to anyone afterwards.

Then renting is probably the right answer for now, and we will tell you that. Elevate Media Consulting hosts the same software for agencies monthly, in your colours with its logo on it. Come back when the monthly number starts to annoy you, or when you want your own name on it.
